Description: Surf's Up Tote Bag. It is new with the tag from the J.C. Penney Home collection. It is fully lined with a inside zipper pocket. The bag is 19" x 12". The sturdy handles are 12" from the top to where they attach to the bag. I am not sure what type of grasses have been used to make this bag. I assume that is it rafia. It is very a flexible fibers. The orange fringe is also an organic fiber. It is fun bag.
