Description: This pattern of Drop Rose and cobalt design with gold is commonly known as the "McKinley" pattern as it was President McKinley's personal pattern. It is very hard to find and much sought after. This bouillon cup and saucer was sold through S & G Gumps department stores as shown on the backmark. The pink is softer than the photo. For some reason the photo came out really bright. The cobalt is dark blue and the gold is extremely good. Just a small wear spot on the rim. No chips or cracks.
