Description: Elegant dinner plate by Haviland & Company, Limoges, France in Cobalt with gold eucalyptus leaves (I think)and scalloped edge. It has the old H & Co, Depose mark which dates it at 1887. One of the oldest Cobalt plates I have ever had in stock. Most date after 1890s. Would have been used at a very wealthy table. If the plate could talk! No chips or cracks, just very slight wear to the gold. There are 9 dinner plates available at $125 each.
