Description: Very art deco styled bouillon cups and saucers by Theodore Haviland. Bright yellow with oriental birds on the Pilgrim blank which has octagonal sides trimmed with gold. Set of 12 cups and saucers. One saucer has a small repaired chip but rest of set is perfect. This set was sold by Wright, Tyndale and Van Roden Inc, Philadelphia, PA. Cups measure 3" wide by 2.5" high and saucers are 5 5/8" in diameter. These would make a very dramatic statement on a dining table. They could be used for bouillon soup or a scoop of ice cream.
