Description: Incredible Footed Japanese Lacquer Musical Jewlery box. It is handpainted on the lacquer wood in vibrant multicolor figural with mother of pearl inset on the top around the edges. It is rectangular Stunning Interior! It plays Japanese Music. Mirror is handpainted with Japanese woman figure, tree and mountain in amazing colors. The first box is sectional opens with two tassels with interior of blue velvet. Under, sectional with two sections, same blue velvet interior and one square laquer black box of music. This Gorgeous box is in vintage good condition and base has the key for the music indicated Fuji and on the other side next to the foot indicates made in Japan in gold with half sun. It is delightful!
