Description: This extremely STUNNING Hand Painted Limoges Porcelain Plate is decorated by Stouffer with lovely orange poppies set on a heavy gold gilt and soft butter yellow background.  The plate is artist signed by Walls and is in SUPERIOR conditoini with no chips, cracks, dings or hairlines and it is marked on the back with the familiar green Limoges Logo as well as the decorating Stouffer Logo.  The plate is about 6.50" in diameter.
