HAMILTON PLATINUM The CAMBRIDGE RET ANGULAR SUB. SECONDS JUBILEE DEPLOYMENT Circa: 1947. 21mm diameter without the crown. Extremely rare. Hamilton Watch Co. was considered the Patek Philippe of American production. All wristwatches were produced with sterling silver dials and solid 18k gold applied figures on both their gold filled and solid karat gold watches. This model is not a production watch, hand made at the Hamilton Factory. This Cambridge Model was the very best. The dial, glass, case and bracelet are all original and have not been "tampered" with. Especially desirable and collectible. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: Sterling Silver with matching 18k white gold Arabic figures. Original surfaces still in excellent condition. Signed: "HAMILTON".
MOVEMENT: Medallion Series 19 Jewels, 3/4 plate nickel, "HW" 18k gold (overlapping initials), "Hamilton, U.S.A.", #M43,701. Like new, clean, running and original to the case and dial.
CASE: Snap back two-body case. Refereed to as "The Cambridge" Model. Back of case marked: ".900 Platinum", and .100 Iridium" (.900 parts Platinum and .100 parts Iridium), and "S364416". Hand made by initials "T.O.T." hand engraved inside case #4337.
BRACELET: 100% pure Palladium precious rare metal. Sold like gold or platinum. Discovered in 1803. More precious than 18k gold. Deployment clasp hand stamped "Palladium/ 4576".
