Description: This 128 page paperback book is just what it says it is! It uses hamburger in every dish imaginable. I tried one just to see what it was, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not by just the taste but by the imaginative use of hamburger. Some of the recipes included are Burger Sausage Rolls, Glazed Burgers, Onion Hamburger Stew (really good), and 3 pages of unusual garnishes for your BBQ's burger. There are soups, casseroles and even one dish that used zucchini with the hamburger. This book was put out by Ventura Associates in 1981. It was written by Ethel Meyer.
