This covered jug is the #2 size in a series of 6. We are sure of the size because we have all 6 size jugs here for comparison (some are other patterns). This lovely item is in Undamaged Condition without chips, cracks, repairs or mold damage. No. 488 is a pattern that Hall produced in the 1930s. The glazing is nice and and the decals are just awesome. This piece has never been reissued or reproduced. It is guaranteed to be original Hall China No. 488 pattern from the 1930s.
