Description: Haitian Painting in acrylic on Canvas by Fritz LOUIZOR. The Painting is 24"x36" and is unstretched and unframed. The painting is in Very Good Condition. About the Artist: Fritz Louizor was born in 1949 in Port-au-Prince. He was the younger brother and student of Haitian master Ernst Louizor. He attended the Lycee Touszsaint L’Ouverture High School but left to study painting at the Centre d’Art and later with his brother. He was a very talented painter and was very popular in Haiti. His paintings were sold at various galleries in Port-au-Prince. He died on July 9, 1984. Illustrations of his painting can be seen in John Allen Franciscus’ book, “Haiti Voodoo Kingdom To Modern Riviera”.
