Description: One of Grueby Pottery's famous waterlily tiles. The greens are smokey and matte, and the white of the flower is given a pinkish cast from the red clay underneath. This came from a stash of new old stock found in New Jersey. The back has an impressed "GRUEBY BOSTON". The edge with an impressed 63. The condition is excellent.
