Description: Green Sapphire & Diamond Watch Fob Circa. 1980 American. A wonderful modern-day interpretation of the watch fob...with an oval cabochon green sapphire stone surrounded by diamonds, all set in 14K yellow gold. Gold tested with 14K acid. This treasure has 33 full cut fine white diamonds, all tested with a diamond tester. Total diamond weight is approximately .35 carats. The green sapphire stone has a wonderful translucent quality. the sapphire stone has been tested (and re-tested) It measures (approx.) 3/4 inch wide and 1/2 inch high. The depth of the fob, with the loop, is approx. 3/4 inch. Will hang wonderfully off a gold chain. One-of-a-kind. Hand-made and fashioned after the Victorian watch fob. In pristine condition. 7.7 gr. 5.0 dwt.
