Meylan Brassus Swiss Precision Twenty Three 23 Jewels 8 Eight Adjustments 42505". Inside back of case is also signed with the Meylan hallmark and "18K 46775". Sterling silver dial with inlayed enamel and 18k gold raised chapters and numerals. Case measures 1-3/4" in diameter. In spectacular condition, recently cleaned, timed, oiled and running well.
