Description: Gorgeous Victorian Aesthetic Brass Pedestal with an open work floral and leaf design forming the perimeter of the inset tile. See the photo for the exquisite detail of this tile top. Four curved supports with butterflies, tapered leaves, and delicate etching surround the interior pedestal that is shaped with an urn at the top. There is a circular glazed pottery cylinder at the base that corresponds with the top tile scene. Four winged angels support the pedestal with gracefully formed curved legs ending in petite claw feet. A rare art form from top to bottom. The tile is signed "BOULENGE CHOISY LE ROI SEINE."
