Description: Goebel and Norman Rockwell joined forces to produce this figure of a Boy and His Dog.
It's 4" tall and was produced only from 1963 to 1966. Some authors have stated that possibly as few as 500 pieces were made, which makes it an extremely limited edition. This one is in excellent shape. It carries the 3 line Goebel mark on the base, an incised Rock113 also on the base, and an incised Norman Rockwell in the grass where the boy is sitting. There are a few lines of crazing on the bottom of the base, but there are no chips, cracks or repairs. It is in excellent condition.
