Description: This lovely American Globe-Wernicke Mahogany Barrister Art- Mission (4) Four Stack Sectional Bookcase with Drawer is ideal for showcasing favorite objects of art, prize collectables, books, CD's, DVD's, photos and even the kid's sports trophies. This Barrister Bookcase is constructed out of solid mahogany, has four stacked sections and squared feet. It has the original glass and brass knobs and handles. What's great about the sectional bookcase is that its receding glass-front doors provide a full view of the contents while keeping the interior dust-free. Each door lifts out and rolls smoothly back into the cabinet allowing easy access while the door is stowed safely out of the way. These bookcase units are made in the Art-Mission style and have a patent date of 1909. The bookcase hails from Cincinnati, Ohio and has the original Art-Mission Globe-Wernicke Company label on each unit, including the top and base. Below the last bookcase unit is a drawer – the perfect place to hide office essentials.
