Description: This is a traditional genuine mahogany sectional bookcase made by the Globe Wernicke Co. It is noted on the labels as style number 598 1/2 and there are three sections or stacks in this unit. The top section is labeled as an 8 1/2 and the bottom two sections are both 12 1/4's. This bookcase has the brass colored metal straps on the sides that were meant to lock additional side units into this one. It has the classic molded base and top.
