2 Gilt Metal Candlestick Lamps-Atlantes Support
Description: Pair of Small Gilt-Metal Figural Candlesticks, Made in 19C and Later Converted to Electric Lamps. The candlesticks have a circular ornamental foot and black marble pedestal supporting a naked boy with upraised arms. The boy wears "strategic" drapery. The sconce has raised acanthus leaves. The base underside is lined with green felt. Unsigned. Dimensions: Each: 12" High, 3-1/4" Diameter. Total Weight: 2 lbs. Condition: Cords are cut. There are a few surface scratches and tarnishing. Otherwise very good.
