Description: German military beer stein from the 1930s period. Made for a military Alpine Mountain unit - a special army regiment that was trained to fight in mountain regions. They were equipped with skis, mountain climbing gear and light weapons. The picture on front shows a soldier in Alpine mountain uniform skiing downhill. Authencity guaranteed.
