Description: This German Cherry China Cabinet/Bookcase would be a great addition for displaying one's treasured china, collectibles, photos or favorite objects of art. The sliding glass front doors open to reveal two original wooden shelves and one base shelf so there’s plenty of space. Incised woodcarvings straddle the cabinet’s glass doors while a figured cherry design and applied carvings appear on the cabinet cupboard doors. Lovely carved cabriole feet support the china cabinet/bookcase with much grace, and add just the right finishing touch. This china cabinet/bookcase has the original brass key escutcheon and lock and key, has been professionally restored, and measures, 63.25” H X 49.00” W X 17.00” D.
