Description: Georgian Ring Circa. 1780 This rare and wonderful ring has a hand-painted motif of two hearts tied together with bow. At bottom are initial GM and LO The oval shaped ring has 22 square cushion-cut garnets, tested with refractive index liquid. The garnets create the "frame" for the "painting" Rock crystal cover. Size 7 1/2 Can be easily sized by a jeweler. The oval measures 5/8 inch high and 1/2 inch wide. 2.7 gr. 1.7 dwt. In very good original condition.
