Description: Collectible General Pershing Painted Cast Iron Bank measures 7.75" tall by 3.5". It is in great condition, having no damage with the exception of slight paint loss and light surface rust on the bottom of the bank. This bank is held together by one flat head regular screw. The bank is a bust of General John J. Pershing who served in the Spanish American War as well as World War I. At the front base of the bank, it reads, "Pershing". This is a nice cast iron bank for collectors. There is no makers mark so it is difficult to date exactly.
