Description: This is a hardcover cookbook entitled " Gasparilla Cookbook" It was published in 1961 by the Junior League of Tampa and has 326 pages. It is in fair condition for it's age and the binding is torn. The dust jacket is also in poor shape. All of the recipes are readable. You might find a spot or two or a note written in the margin. I didn't see any torn pages. This book is timeless and would make a great gift for someone who is really into cooking.Sample recipes are: Veal birds, Pineapple Nut Bread, Chicken Salad Loaf, Vicksburg Stuffed Ham, Shrimp Pie, Black Bottom Pie, and Mama Kelly's Chiffon Cake.
