Description: Here's an old advertising sample tooth powder tin - Fuller Tooth Powder. It still has its contents. There is a copyright date of 1936. There is edge wear to the collar rim and at the bottom where it says "Not to be sold." Am not sure what the white is on the collar. Haven't tried to remove it. If you are a collector of old advertising sample tooth powder tins, this is nice.
