Description: Wonderful small French early 19th century mirror. Sage green frame with carved header of floral and fruit in deep red,darker green and hint of gilt. The carved wooden tied bow and ribbon at the top is attached to an inner wire which allows flexibility for the bow to bend forward a bit over the mirror. Small piece of carving missing on the bow,right fruit carving top and bottom. A very aged and delicate looking piece which would accent any area and still reflect wonderfull despite the light spotting on the mirror area. No silvering showing through,however. Wood back with wire hanger. Measures 32H X 9.5L X 1D.
