Description: A beautiful hanging Cartel clock C.1900, French, Porcelain case with gilt metal ornaments and gilt accents over the porcelain , 8 days movement in very good conditions. This is the original that New Haven copied with a brass case instead of porcelain . The well made round French movement has a short pivoted pendulum, Diameter of the porcelain case is 8",without the metal accents, overall length is over 31" with the rope, Porcelain dial has a small defect you can see at the picture but does not affect the overall quality of this item. Clean , oiled, tested, ready to work for another century.
