Description: ca.1800 French COURT LADY. CARVED WOOD STATUE. 16 inch This is a wonderfully carved depiction of a seated bride or lady in waiting with a very pronounced head dress and a most serene look on her face. It is in good condition for it's age (probably 1800-1850). There are 2 cracks one on the left side and one smaller one at the front base. There is a nice patina all over her too. Stands at 15.6 inches high x 5.5 x 4.5.
