This is a lovely French Bracket Clock. We purchased it in Paris, France. It is in good condition and working order. The Clock is made of Black Marble. It has a lovely Portico Form with an Arched Pediment. The Pediment is embellished with a gorgeous Central Cartouche depicts an Urn framed by opulent Foliate Scrolls. The Pediment is supported upon Fluted Doric Columns. The Clock has a deep, Plinth Basewhich is ethed and hand painted with a gorgeous Foliate Scroll Pattern. The Dial is framed by a lovely Egg and Dart Brass Ring. It is covered by a Hinged Dome Glass Door. The Dial is White Porcelain. The center is embellished with a gorgeous Foliate Scroll Pattern. The Numerals are Roman. The Hands are quite lovely. There is one Winding Hole. The Key is inserted to wind the Clock Movement. This is a lovely French Bracket Clock.
