Description: Wonderful French gray/blue stool or bench from France 19th century. Contrasting antique cream carved floral on all four sides of the scalloped apron,reeded high cabriole legs,knees and either side of the escargot feet. The raised trim on apron and legs outlined in cream as well. Upholstered in the finest of camel/taupe linen with single large welt and 6 button tufted seat. Countless uses for a bench this size and coloring which works with all decors. Excellent condition,measures 22H X 37L X 22D. Tiny aeas of wood showing beneath the paint which is not chipping or flaking.
