It measures 14 inches wide by 3 inches high and is in perfect condition.The bowl rests on three beautful whelk shells,and there are bubbles, stars, sea weed and other sea creatures raised also on the base.In the centre on the inside there is an anemone and there are 3 beautiful star fish which are also raised.
