Description: A flintlock yeoman cavalry carbine by James Garden, 200 Piccadilly London. Having a 21 Inch Damascus barrel .650 carbine calibre. The carbine is full stocked in walnut with a swivel ramrod. The lock is stamped C & G as is the stock. It has regulation brass mounts and the trigger guard and saddle bar are similar to those on the yeomanry carbine of 1844. This is scarce example.
