Description: Important 3 piece set of Victorian Brass Fireplace Tools. This set is made if the finest quality brass and is quite substantial. The shovel has a nice pierced design with complimentary flourshes and additional detail similar to knops found on the stems of period candlesticks can be seen along each piece. Traditionally English fire tools are placed across a pair of Fire Dogs in front of the fireplace (see images 2 & 3 for this set shown with two different dogs).
