He exhibited at the Royal Academy and the Society of British Artists at Suffolk Street. His style of painting distinctly changed from a very detailed realist approach to his early work to an impressionist style in his later paintings. In its original stretcher, professionally cleaned and relined in newer hand carved giltwood frame. c. 1895 Canvas meausres 15" x 23.5"
