Description: A wonderful example of early American craftsmanship this game table is in great condition. This beautiful table would be a wonderful addition to any antique collection. It has an elegant inlaid front. Alternating wood pieces are uniquely placed to create a simple but elegant design. The hand turned legs are delicately shaped with a third leg added for expanding and sturdiness of the table. The deep rich color of the wood also adds to the uniqueness of this table. Made in the Salem Massachusetts area circa 1800 a rare find in such great condition; the best example of an early American game table that I personally have ever come across.
