Description:
An unusual 1930's French Art Deco four-light chandelier in original, beautifully worn black finish over hammered iron. It has a circular ring with Art Deco half round details that holds a 10" ribbed and ziggarette detailed clear glass shade with two white bands. Three whimsically curved iron arms spring from the half-moon details and hold jar-shaped glass shades which have unusual iron skirts. A cone shaped cluster composed of six straps finishes off the chandelier. The chandelier and all the shades (there are no cracks or breaks to the glass) are in excellent condition. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The overall diameter is 22", the length of the chandelier only is 29", and the overall length is 45".
