Description: This fantastic 1920s polychrome antique chandelier shows superb casting. Beginning with a bell- shaped brass canopy, a large finial unites with the body via heavy antique chain. The finial is uniquely shaped and gives the appearance of two parts, the upper part being a loop of two curls and the lower being a rectangular piece displaying acanthus. From beneath, the true beauty of this chandelier shines through ornate helixes, gadrooning, leafy borders, and tremendously cast roses. The exquisite jewel tones of this chandelier will make any room sparkle. This stunning chandelier is in excellent condition, it has been professionally rewired, and it comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier is 17” at its widest; the length of the chandelier only is 15”; the total length is 28.”
