Description: Fabulous Victorian porcelain charger. The outer rim is red with a gold design. The inner rim is a band of rich gold with a raised design (note that some of the raised gold has been worn off in several places). The middle of the charger is a well executed painting of a gentleman signed by the artist "C. Heer." The Austrian maker's mark is on the back. A very fine piece of Victorian porcelain!
