Description: Fabulous quality walnut Victorian dining table. The rectangular top takes five 14" and two 7" leaves extending out to 144". The skirt of the top is beautifully carved. The six legs are carved and tapered with reeding. Each has a large original castor. When the leaves are in the table the center of the top splits so leaves can be installed on either side. The table is sturdy and the slides work well. There are minor seam splits in the top and some of the leaves. This item came from a large Victorian mansion in Saxton's River Vt.
