Description: The majority of this stunning crazy quilt appears to have been pieced in the late 1800's, with additions made around 1920 or 1930, and then finished fairly recently. It is all hand pieced with a lovely vining pattern embroidered all over the top in various colors. Backed with a deep pumpkin fabric. A small number of the earliest silks display some shattering, but overall this quilt is in fantastic condition and a wonderful piece of quilting history!
