Description: Extremely scarce work of Art - this religious enameled plaque is mounted on fabric covered board and framed. Some enameling is missing in the corners and edges of this breathtaking piece. This plaque has been authenticated in the mid 80's by Leslie Hindman Auction House in Chicago - and attributed to France, Limoges School of late 17th - early 18th Century. Pictured is frontal view, back and detail of the plaque. Dimension : 7 3/8"H x 6 3/4" W.
