Description: This is a nice clean used, simple but very shiney, 3.0" diameter reel marked "EUREKA PORTAGE TRADE MARK MADE IN U.S.A." on the reel side face. I believe this to be made by 4 Brothers, some of the guys that eventually founded Pflueger in Akron Ohio. It's a nice looking, early reel in about 95% like new condtion, with every metal surface nickel plated and shiney. There a few minor edge rubs, and distortions in the plated finish, but very bright looking, good solid wood handle, and very smooth ball bearing drive, the clicker give kind of a drag feel along with a good strong clicker sound. A very nice looking reel, oil it a bit and go fishin! Measures 3.0" diameter x 3.9" wide across, including the handle. A very clean reel, in good+ working condition!
