You are looking at an estate 14K white gold diamond and amethyst heart pendant. The natural amethyst measures 6 mm by 6 mm. There are 34 round diamonds around the amethyst. The pendant measures 7/8 of an inch long (including the slide) by 5/8 of an inch wide. It weighs 3.2 grams. It is in mint condition.
