Description: A large English silver plate Well & Tree meat platter in the English Regency Georgian style, by William Adams of Sheffield, England. This is as good as it gets for a 20th century piece. This quality piece has an elegant NeoClassical Regency scroll design around perimeter of the tray along with gadrooning, , The platter is in very good condition and can handle heavy food. There are no dents, but some minor scratch. This is a heavy and well designed piece of silver plate. The platter dates from the first half of the 20th century. The stamp on the back states: William Adams 63895 made in England. This tray has unbelievable workmanship. This will display well & compliment any collection.
