Description: An English George II Style mahogany and parcel gilt mirror, circa 1870. A central broken arch pediment and molded cornice over a rectangular 3 part beveled mirror plate with a parcel gilt and tooled inner molding. The sides with applied carved gilt leafage ending in an carved and gilded volute. Condition is very good with a fine patina. There are some minor and expected losses in the gilt surfaces and some oxidation in the silver of the mirror plate. Dimensions: Height 25", Width 56".
