Description: This wonderful Elsie the Cow Vintage Push Up Toy is 5 1/2" high. Circa: 1940's. Made in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by the Mespo Products Co. Very good condition - minor discoloration around the upper front of the base. Has it's original paper floral collar. Wonderful!!!! This is not a reproduction but is an original!
