ELGIN 23 JEWEL B.W. RAYMOND PYRAMID STYLE RAILROAD CASE Circa: 1939. Highest Grade of the famous B.W. Raymond Railroad Elgin Series. This example is cased in an Elgin Factory Railroad Model Streamline Model case, sometimes so called: "Pyramid Model Case". This high grade railroad approved watch is in superb condition and is still very accurate. Especially attractive and desirable. THIS IS A FINE COLLECTIBLE. DON'T INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET. BUY SOMETHING PROVEN IN TIME.
DIAL: White porcelainsingle sunken white porcelain dial with block Arabic figures and marekd: "ELGIN" Very nice mint original dial.
MOVEMENT: 16 size, open face, lever set, 14k time train, with the main spring barrell also jeweled. "23 Jewels", "B.W. Raymond", #38,347,346. This is an excellent impressive original movement to the case and dial.
CASE: Excellent screw back and bezel yellow gold filled case signed: "CASED AND TIMMED at THE ELGIN NATIONAL WATCH Co. ELGIN, ILLINOIS". Nice.
