Description: Good solid Edwardian period (circa 1901-1910) stationery box with sloped lid, brass key escutcheon and internal pigeonholes or slots for papers etc. Box is made in oak, and measures 23 cm high, 28.5 cm wide and 14.5 cm deep (9 inches by 11.1/4 inches by 5.3/4 inches). Very good condition - just one small sliver of wood off by left hand internal hinge.
