Description: Cobalt with gold scroll work decorates this gorgeous early Shelley tea cup and saucer set. Fancy foliate rims on this footed cup. Green Shelley shield backstamp as shown. This mark was used shortly after they transitioned from Foley in the 1910s.

3.8 inch cup diameter and 5.75 inch saucer. Fine condition with china and enamel both good.
