Description:
This is a great little condiment tray or server in the Zig-Zag pattern. It was made by Bryce Brothers Glass Co. of Pittsburgh, PA circa 1880's. The pattern is also known as Mitred Bars and as Mitred Diamond Points. The United States Glass Corp (US Glass) also made this pattern after their merger of 1892. The tray holds three containers for salt, pepper and mustard. Unforturnately I only have two of the containers, the mustard and a shaker. Both of which have their original lids. I have been looking for the thrid container for years. The tray has a beautiful pattered handle and the circular slots have a rayed bottom and barred rims. The lids are a little rough and there may be some bubbles and straw marks in the glass, but there are no chips, flakes or cracks.
