Description:
The Narcussus Spray pattern was made by the Indiana Glass Co. of Dunkirk, In. circa 1915 and for may years after. This is the cake plate and it is 1 inch high and 10-1/2 inches in diamter. The foot ring is 3-3/4 inches in diameter. The pattern consists of three sprays of 3 narcissus each and all are connected by a ribbon band. It would also make a great sandwich tray or chop platter. The plate does show a good deal of utensil marks radiating out from the center from cutting all those cakes served over the past 90 years or so. There are also some bubbles and straw marks but there are no chips, flakes or cracks.
